today's was great, i reckon if we did it to Highway to Hell it would look cooler, plus it was more funf with that song for me. I found another matrix theatre abit like kris's but with soccer. Check it out:

ReplyDeletewear all black with white face's and like green or a color that stands out around our eyes. the mask would be ok but then you can not see our facial expressions and like chris said fake blood around our mouth...
i agree with michael. The song we have Choreograph to is just fine. Highway to Hell was good to but it doesn't have that same abstract feeling when we are acting. For costumes we all should wear white and have fake blood around our mouths, since we are zombies.

ReplyDeleteIt was fun how everyone seemed to enjoy it and all.Ms. morotous gave some great ideas, and made it better. When we do perform it, maybe we can get some lights flasing so the zombie parts and a few of the other parts are a bit more emphasised. For costumes i reckon, all black with white body make-up would look good. sure tjhe normal song makes it look more abstract, but maybe it could sometimes rehearse it with highway to hell so people can get into it more. BTW (by the way) everyone did a great job on da performance.

The fake blood around our mouths will be slightly difficult since it's hard to get realistic looking blood. Blood comes out red but the longer it is exposed to oxygen it becomes brown. And besides, not all of us are zombies. Some, like the baton twirlers, are supposed to be robots. An idea I had was to go for something really abstract- white clothes and black body paint, with white make up on facial features to make them stand out, or white, blank masks.
ReplyDeleteI prefer using the song we've been going with, it's a familiar song now and it'd be hard to readjust to a different song. Not impossible, but hard.

We now all love it! Our performance was good, although i think our original song is better than 'Highway to hell'.
I watched the video funda posted at home! it's cool as! x)
ohhh ohh and i think tht we shud wear white clothes with white body paint and just so that we can blend in, i think it will look alot better x)
